At Riverside Nursery School, Twickenham Green Montesorri, we pride ourselves on offering your children a curriculum that draws inspiration from a range of established and successful pedagogies including Montessori and Reggio Emilia. Together, our educational team focuses on the individual child, encouraging their love of learning and challenging them in a safe and supportive environment.
As Senior Headteacher, I like to think of us as a springboard which provides your children with the best start to their life. From the moment they come for their tailored settling-in sessions, to the moment they graduate nursery school, we envelop them with the utmost care and attention. I ensure all children’s development is monitored by skilled teachers, who help them learn through exploration and self-chosen play. We work closely with parents to ensure we meet all children’s needs and provide a consistent approach between home and nursery school. I am particularly proud of how well children thrive in our nurturing and enriched setting. They are confident and capable, responsible and resilient, kind and empathetic – all key life skills that ensure they are well prepared for the next part of their learning journey.
It is my absolute pleasure to welcome new parents to our nursery. I love showing off how settled and happy our babies are, how engaged our toddlers are and how calm our preschool children are.
