Lauren – or ‘Lozz’ as she is affectionately known – embodies everything we value at Riverside: dedication, growth, and an unwavering commitment to children and families.
Lozz’s journey with our nursery family began in 2014 when she joined as an apprentice. Through passion, hard work, and continuous professional development, she has grown into the accomplished leader she is today. Her commitment to inclusive childcare led her to train as a SENDCO, ensuring that all children receive the support they need to thrive.
Lozz’s dedication was recognised at our company conference when she received the prestigious Little Dukes Staff Member of the Year Award. This followed her decision to relocate from East Sussex to London to support one of our nurseries during a critical period – a testament to her extraordinary commitment to our organisation and the children we serve.
When she’s not creating nurturing environments for our little ones, Lozz enjoys watching rugby matches and spending quality time with her partner and beloved dog, Harley. Her inspiring career progression – from apprentice to Head of Nursery – is a wonderful example of how passion and determination can transform lives.
